DR. Paula Jeanne Flint PhD. | Flint Academy Founder

Dr. Flint’s unwavering passion for children's education rooted in Christian love drove her determination to found a K-12 school. This lifelong goal was achieved in 2006 upon the founding of Flint Academy and this year marks its 20th anniversary. Paula's legacy is honored and upheld through the dedication of the she staff she so carefully recruited, the generous benefactors she cultivated, and the cooperative and gracious relationship with The Oaks Baptist Church of Grand Prairie.

Paula loved her Lord, Jesus Christ and sought to serve Him and others every day of her life. She told her teachers, "the most important thing we do for children is to lead them to Christ."

Paula Jeanne Flint, passed away peacefully at home on July 10. 2025 at the age of 72.
